DEPARTURES
PLEASE leave the house clean. We are trusting you. There is no cleaning service.
Cleaning supplies are in the bathrooms and kitchen.
Vacuum is in the first floor bathroom closet and there are outlets on each floor for the central vacuum. To use central vac: You must plug both air hose and power plug into wall. A little old fashioned, but it works well.
Clean out the refrigerator of your products you brought along.
TAKE rubbish to the dump. Make left at bottom of the road onto 3 North. Make a right onto Cross Street. At the end of Cross St., make a right onto 175 south. The transfer station is on your right. It is about an 8 minute drive.
(p.s. great breakfast place on your left on 175 south.)
Unplug coffee maker and toaster.
Turn thermostats down to 55 degrees.
Leave bathroom doors & bedroom doors open.
Turn off all lights. Spotlights during the day should be turned off.
Empty dishwasher & do not leave machine running.
Turn off the same 2 circuit breakers that you had turned on upon arrival. After circuit breakers are shut off, open drains on all faucets to let the water out.
Lock all doors and windows.
RETURN KEYS TO LOCK BOX.
Scramble the digits & slide protector cover up.
ARRIVALS
Open lock box outside to the left of the lower level door. Slide cover down. Set combination. Push down release button.
Open door. Light switches immediately on left.
In the closet on the left inside the top 2 circuits are on the off position. Switch them to the on position. These 2 are for water and the water heater. Shovels are in the closet for snow.
There are thermostats on each floor. Use the 2nd and 3rd floor when in the house. If you are using the bottom level use your discretion and some respect like you were in your own home.
If driveway is not plowed, call Dirt Designs at 603-726-3166. There is sand in the boiler room.

RULES OF THE HOUSE
Nothing should be flushed down the toilets except waste and toilet paper. It is a long and expensive trip for a clog.
Keep all skis, snowboards, poles, boots etc. in the basement.
Nothing is to be placed on deck railings.
NO SMOKING in the house. I and others are allergic. Thank you. Please do not throw butts in yard. RESPECT your littering.
Bring your own linens. (sheets, towels, pillow covers etc.) We have pillows, beds & blankets. There are 3 full beds, 2 bunk beds, and a pull out Queen sofa.
Bring your own food. There is a microwave, oven, electric stove, coffee maker, toaster, plus all utensils, glasses, dishes etc.
(A great place for breakfast – Take left onto 3 North, Make a right onto Cross St., @ stop sign take right onto 175 South. Sugar Shack 1 mile down on left.)
There is cable for the television sets and a dvd player.
Power Failure: Hurricane lamps and candles are in top shelf of first floor bathroom closet.
DO NOT USE PELLET STOVE!
